I am a size 0. I started 2 years ago at 152 lbs and am now 116. I am 5'2". I have always been petite, but 1.5 years ago I gained an enormous amount of weight eating tons of sugar. I mean tons! I cut sugar and stuck to a vegan diet (I was lacto-ovo at the time of my weight gain) and have kept off the weight without any…

I followed the belly fat cure diet by limiting sugars and I dropped weight like crazy. My stomach is much flatter. No exercise either. Avoid carbonated drinks...they bloat. Plenty of water and fiber! Down 38 pounds and kept it off for over a year now! I eat vegan though...that helps me too.

I have found that if I go over the strict 1200 a day a week, it really jump starts my loss again. Not crazy amounts over, but 1500-1600.

Great job! You look awesome!

I agree. Fruit is too essential for your diet. Don't avoid it. Just the sugary treats - donuts, cookies, cakes, etc.

I try to keep mine down too. It is the hardest because I eat vegan....lots of fruit and veggies. If I get the sugar from fruit, I don't let it bother me. I don't juice - too much sugar and no fiber. I use Truvia in my coffee. No sugary desserts - just fruit for my sweet tooth. I think the fruit is acceptable and healthy.…

I went vegan and lost weight effortlessly. Gave up all dairy and the pounds fell off. Have kept off 40 pounds without exercise for 3 years now. Cholesterol improved tremendously. You get plenty of calcium from veggies. Milk is not needed. Try the www.21daykickstart.org site.

You look absolutely amazing! Great job!

Cut down to 4-5 days a week. Take off on the weekends and spend time with your family. It won't make any difference with the scale if you make the change.

The ketosis diet puts the body in an acidic state. Acidic states not only take the body out of it's natural balance, they have been linked to inflammation and cancer. I would not recommend it as a long term option.

Great job! Keep it up!

Google Jorge's Belly Fat Cure Skinny Muffin. It is a muffin made with flax seed that you microwave in a coffee mug.

I would not recommend anything with artificial sweeteners. I think it uses Splenda (chlorinated sugar). Not only has it been linked to weight gain, it causes a myriad of other health issues. It is bleach and sugar, ultimately....

For breakfast every morning I have a Morning Star "sausage" in a slice of Ezekiel bread (and a little hot sauce to moisten it up). It is full of whole grains, protein, no sugars, and fills you up for just under 160 calories. The protein helps me make it till lunch!

I'm 5'2" and weigh 126. Started MFP in January at 15-lb. My goal is 122. I have been at a plateau for weeks despite exercise and changing calories. I think my body like this weight :) I do too - it is a vast improvement!
-
I totally feel your pain. I was asked if I was pregnant 2 times in a week and that's what motivated me to start MFP and a diet. Hurt then, but it was definitely the wake up call I needed.
