How can I keep my sugar under 24 for the day?

I'm having the hardest time.......

    It's hard to say without looking at your diary, but have you looked to see where your sugar is coming from?

    Fruits? Bread? Processed foods? I'd say take a look at your diary over the past few weeks and try to target where it's coming from, and then look for alternatives in those areas.

    I try to keep mine down too. It is the hardest because I eat vegan....lots of fruit and veggies. If I get the sugar from fruit, I don't let it bother me. I don't juice - too much sugar and no fiber. I use Truvia in my coffee. No sugary desserts - just fruit for my sweet tooth. I think the fruit is acceptable and healthy. It's the other sugars that I avoid.

    If you are getting your sugar from fruit then don't worry about it IMO. It hasn't effected my weight loss and I an routinely over. I don't even really track it.
