I do chicken, black beans, corn, and some salsa. Rinse it (excess sodium) and mix it together like a taco salad and eat over lettuce like a taco salad. Easy for meal prepping!

If you look under the cardio section and type in strength training, it should allow for some extra calories. However, it wont be as many as, say running for 60 minutes.

They aren't great to do alot, but water pills like Diurex. You have to drink LOTS of water with them! Gets rid of sodium retention! Also, add lemon juice/lemons to your water and like everyone said.... peppermint tea!

^This! I found my best results when adding more fiber and protein! They keep you fuller longer, you'll be surprised! That with adding water! Also, maybe try something new. I consistantly switch up my workouts so my body is "confused" and doesn't adapt. Good luck and stick with it!
