New Years eve dress - HELP!

Hi guys!
Tonight (I'm in Europe so I have 10 more hours left
) I have to fit in my very tight dress.
BUT my stomach feels so bloated today (not because of my period, and not because of fat, cause I don't have it...) and I need your advice what to do to make it flat again ASAP...
Any suggestions?
Thanks! and Happy New Year to everyone!

I fell off the chair
I can't, my tummy is too lazy I guess...0 -
Corset, or full-torso/to the thigh corrective underwear. I wear a corset and corrective pantyhose under my dresses.0
-
Peppermint tea, avoid carbs for the day and Spanx!0
-
Peppermint tea already in my cup!
Thank you girls!0 -
hehe, glad I amused you
the peppermint tea is an excellent idea too! And I always find planking helps when I'm bloated.0 -
Well, it's so logical but still so unexpected
Yeah, I'll do my abs workout definitely0 -
just go naked.,
you will have more fun0 -
Avoid salt too. Water retention will make you bloat.0
-
Spanx?0

OK, no food for the rest of the day, herbal tea, as much exercise as you can fit in and STRONG underwear.
Or, wear a different dress0 -
I did think about shaping underwear, but I really don't want to be all squeezed and without air whole night
I'll try to eat as little as possible, drink tea and do my workouts.
Sounds like a plan :drinker:
Thanks guys!0 -
They aren't great to do alot, but water pills like Diurex. You have to drink LOTS of water with them! Gets rid of sodium retention! Also, add lemon juice/lemons to your water and like everyone said.... peppermint tea!0

you can also take a laxative you now0

You could just not care. No one will notice.0

What a crappy idea.
It might just work.0 -

Lol, maybe I was just hoping there would be one other person out there like me in a tight dress with a little tummy poking out. We can't have ALL perfect body parts!0 -

I just took an epic deuce and my pants fit much better now. It works.0 -
very little food, extra exercise and one New Year's toast makes for one tipsy girl.0

I feel you on the Spanx hate! Do what everyone else says, drink lots of fluids, avoid salt. Get some diuretic greens in, maybe? like parsley, dandelion greens (it comes in a tea, too) to get rid of excess fluid.0

Wanna bend over and find out?0 -
epson salt bath reduces bloating but is only a temp effect and not for anyone with heart issues0

This is too late - but perhaps for future reference:

I didn't eat salty food (actually I ate as little as possible, to feel full and to have enough energy) and I did some stretches and abs workout. And I had peppermint tea.
But, I got my flat tummy back again after I took half hour nap. I woke up without that awful feeling that my stomach will blow up.
So if you have same problem, flat tummy with tendency to bloat often - maybe try to take a little nap after drinking some peppermint tea.
The dress fit perfectly and the night was great. So thank you all!0 -
