I use Bob's Red Mill Organic Regular Rolled Oats about 1/4 cup (made with water), then I put 1 tsp of ground flaxseed, 1 tsp of wheat germ and 1 tsp on honey, sometimes I replace the honey with blueberries when I have on hand. I eat this along with scrambled egg whites in the morning... Very filling and healthy! :drinker:

I want to advise that everyone should take their measurements... If you don't see the scale moving it's more likely that your losing inches and bodyfat... You can purchase a fabric or soft tape measure at GNC or online. This is what is looks like below.. The fabric one can be purchased from a fabric store like Michael's or…

That's a great thing!! That means your losing inches which means your losing bodyfat! If your clothes are fitting looser then that's awesome... Do you take measurements? If not you should start and do them monthly so you can see the difference there if you not seeing it in the scale.. Don't be discouraged!

I felt and still feel great.. got up early (while everyone was still sleeping) made a very healthy breakfast, headed to the gym for an awesome hard core work-out and ending the day with a relaxing shower and watching some tv... I don't have any regrets from 2009 just wished I stayed on my healthier path earlier in the year…

I'm a curvy women too and wouldn't change it for the world.. just tighten up.. I like Old Navy's jeans and some cuts of Levi's fit good... It can be a pain to find pants that fit over my big booty but these work well for me.. Good luck..:drinker:

For me I don't find the weekend's tough at all... I take it like the regular weekday and make sure to hit the gym..
