I haven't stayed on MFP that long to know but everyone is different! I personally don't believe in the whole "calories in calories out thing" to a T.. Everyone stores energy at a different rate

For me, it's not necessarily what I eat when it's "bad" food - it's how I feel while I'm eating it. I made a "controlled and consious" decision to eat fettuccine alfredo and I didn't feel like my healthy eating plan went off track.

I love the natural peanut butters but I absolutely hate mixing it haha. I have this skippy one that says it's all natural but you don't have to mix it- I have that one, I decided it's not as healthy but it's better than the ones that have icing sugar in them :S

My boyfriend is trying to gain weight so it's a little hard. No excuses though- I'm the only one who's in control of what I eat and if I exercise or not. Plus he's super supportive.

Nobody turned it into a gospel.. I realize that there are many ways to lose weight, and he DID say that his 28 day diet was not healthy. Thats why he only did it for a short period of time. I think he makes some good points, but like everything you have to take it with a grain of salt.

First off, congrats on the weight loss!!! This hasn't happened to me, but an ideal weight is such a general thing that it's good to stop where you feel is the right weight for you. I'm 5'3 also and trying to get around that weight :)
