Hey guys, so one night I took a pic of myself for my "before" then I took a pic again the NEXT MORNING. Look at the difference!

I mean, I'm sure most of you know this but this is what a little water and salt can do!! :) Don't get discouraged! :)

    It can be caused by eating a lot of food in a short amount of time also.

    This is exactly what happens to me! In the evening I'm all bloated from food, sometimes I even look pregnant! By the next morning it's all gone back down again :happy:

    it doesn't look any different to me, really. You are standing differently in them which accounts for the change imo. That said, you look great!

    This is the single most useful post I have ever seen, THANK YOU SO MUCH, I was about to quit completely and bake a cake and eat the whole thing until I saw this . I have been so good for weeks and tonight I seemed to have doubled in size . I hope tomorrow I will be back to normal. Thanks again xx
