Im glad this group is still going. After I lost my job, I was really lost. I Got another but doesnt pay as well. I was also in an out of the hospital for heart problems and cholesterol.

OK today I didnt plan what to eat. I ate cereal. I measured that and my almond milk. I ate some coconut milk chocolate almonds. I didnt measure that. It has ounces measurement. Don't crash diet, I know you wont here. Stay hydrated, strength training helps. Also moisturize and using a sea salt scrub helps a little. There are many people who lost so much here. inspiring
