Starting again (again)

Hey everyone, it's been a long, stressful year, and that hasn't been great for my waistline. I just turned 30 this month so I figured that was a good time to take a look at myself and try to make some positive changes, so it's time to start calorie counting yet again.
My initial weight was 265, and I got down to 190 which was one of the toughest, most rewarding things I've done for myself. Since then I've crept back up to 218, so I've only got a little ways to go to get back to where I wanna be. Let's do this! 😊

Ive been there too. Im looking for serious accountability partners, Black Friday to Valentines Day. Meal prep and tracking works. It was easy for me to go off of it. Good luck.1
