I'd definitely bump up that protein to at least 1g per LB bodyweight, otherwise you'll not only lose fat but muscle too.

I've been living by the IF protocol for quite a few months now. Fat loss was pretty good to begin with if used with a deficit, cals in vs cals out is still the denominator even with IF. As many as i want, whenever i want, as small or as big as i want between the hours of 10 & 6 :) No point in obsessing, i've never believed the hype of small meals spaced evenly throughout the day.

As long as you kept strict form, stuck to your rep ranges and felt challenged during your workout then DOMS is not an indication as to whether you worked hard enough or not. Some people hurt after and some don't. You are lucky lol, i have DOMS from my leg workout 4 days ago.

As somebody that eats chicken breast 2-3 times per day i always cook mine on the Foreman Grill for around 10 minutes. My Grill is a 10 portion Grill, Huge, so i'm not sure if it would make a difference in cooking time compared to a smaller Grill. I have to agree with the rest of MFP, 1500 is way too low for you, you're on a road to illness with that low of calories. If you're worried about sugar intake, log it before you eat it :) Just advice, you can do what you feel works for you.

I have one :) They're ok for starting out with pullups and chin ups. Depending on your door width they can be restricting for wide grip pull ups.
