    I eat about 1300 +/- 100. Height is 5ft 3in. When I hit my first goal I'm planning to increase to about 1500. I eat back most of my exercise calories.

    Height and current weight are important factors too.

    Ht: 5'8
    Wt: 170lbs
    Workouts: minimum of 3 lifting sessions per week, supplemented with yoga, bodyweight workouts and running, usually 5 workouts a week total
    Eating: 1600-2000, generally not tracking closely at least one day on the weekend, creating a deficit of 1lb/week
    Maintenance at Goal Weight (155): 2300-2500 cals.

    i am trying to eat 1400 calories a day... eating clean food. trying to exercise 5 to 6 times a week. either a run or strength training.

    No more than 1800 cal/day plus exercise every other day burning between 550-600 calories I find it help tremendously with my gradual weight loss.

    I've been in maintenance mode for almost 2 years now and I average around 2400 cals/day..
    I'm 48, 5'6" tall, 140lbs, exercise 5-6x/week, and am pretty active in my daily life (cattle farmer and do all/most daily chores w/out use of powered equipment)..

    It really depends. On a non-exercise day, sometimes only 1000-1200 calories. Some other days I might eat 2500 calories, especially if I've gone for a long run that day or the day before. On average, I'd say I eat 1600-1700 cal/day while exercising 3 times per week.

    Also, I am 5'4" and 130-135 lbs.

    1700-2200. I try to hit the treadmill or elliptical twice a week, and I lift 3 days a week with some intervals afterwards. I have a desk job, but never stop moving on weekends.

    My TDEE is around 2750 so I currently eat around this (Christmas week being an exception - I've not logged..)

    On a cut I eat around 2500 and I'm shortly planning a bulk so will go up to 3000.


    I'm 5'8'', around 147lbs

    Cycle 5 hours per week
    Strength train 3 hours per week
    Hike on weekends

    I was at 1850 but it was explained to me that I was doing it wrong so now it's 2750.

    1200-1500, as I'm trying to lose weight pretty quickly. I eat back the calories I burn from exercise, for the most part. Usually I'm hungry enough. :P
