Your welcome! :D I am the same way, fruit (and other naturally occurring sugars) throws me over so much, but I like to think that the only stuff that matters is the added sugar, maybe I am wrong here but thats just how I look at it :)

Congrats for sticking to it for a month! Its soo hard and motivation helps a lot. Since my senior prom (spring time) I have lost almost 30 pounds. I actually lost 10 of it in the first two weeks by switching to organic food, I didn't even workout :P Good luck!

I love to eat yogurt in the morning with some sort of berries mixed in, its super easy and adds a great flavor. Salsa is a good way to get different veggies in (best if you make the salsa yourself) ! :)

Making your own protein bars is a good idea, you can make them with as much protein as you need and as little sugar, cheaper and it only takes up a little bit of time when your not busy :)

It sounds like it is muscle that is making you gain, even if it is a lot it can make a big difference. it could also be water gain as well because when you burn off fat water fills those spots where the fat used to be, its aiding recovery I think.

I highly agree about eating like fruit or something before and then high protein after, it might sound odd but if you drink a little bit of chocolate milk after a work out you recover a lot faster! :)

Nuts are a really good snack to eat inbetween meals :)

Its proven to be a healthy way to lose weight, some people still say its not and that is their opinion, I personally have never felt better physically :)

It works well now, but I have to wait and see if it stays off. I think if you eat organic and keep up with being healthy there should be no problems afterwards...

It is a lot better to eat the 3 smaller meals, really if you just make your meals a little smaller and put more into your snacks, you have pretty much a good balance!
