How do you get your goals on your signature?

So I figured out how to get the ticker working. But I see many of you have on your siggys SW, CW, GW, which I assume means starting, current, and goal weight. How do you get this on there.

Also, some of you have mini goals listed. How do you figure out what your goals and timelines are for your mini goals? Do you just make it whatever you want?

I have lost 12 lbs. Not as much the last week I have to start eating better I am slacking again. But do you think it is reasonable to expect to be under 200 by the end of August. Currently I am 213.
