I 2nd what hyde1977 said, that's exactly what my trainer said is best, additionally not to stretch before while the muscles are cold, better to warm up with the cardio 1st to warm up the muscles..

don't EVER think that your progress is "not much" it's SOOO MUCH! congratulations on your weight loss so far, it won't be long before you are at your desired weight, keep up the good work!

oh I can tell you that it works, logging keeps you on track, coupled with daily exercise I've been able to drop, it's the only thing that has worked for me ever, so be encouraged! don't quit, you will lose if you stick with it :-)

Joining Fitness Pal was 1 of the best thing I ever did, it totally keeps me on track and I am astounded at my weight loss so far, fitness pal along with a daily excersise routine knocks off the pounds!
