Challenge! February 18th 2011

Who will join me in this goal to lose 8lbs by February 18th? That's 4 weeks away, with a 2lb per week goal we can all accomplish this! I'm finding that I do much better in losing weight by having these short term goals and it makes it fun to have a group of people who share in it.

Who will join me! let's do this thing together!!

    Soooo, its been a week. How is everyone doing? I sadly, have gained two and half pounds. I've done my workouts and stayed below my calories, but alas the scale monster has reared its ugly head. But I'm not giving up. I still think if I keep doing the right things, it will pay off. I'm still hoping for four pounds by Feb. 18th.
