Oh I'm tempted but its become an obsessive addiction to check it every single day :( lol

Ok I'm feeling a bit better, I have about 20 more pounds to lose as well and you all are right I need to go buy a measuring tape asap. I just feel like UGHHHH everything I step on that dreadful scale. You have no idea how many times I want to throw that thing out the window wooo saaaa. Im wondering, does she only focus on…

I don't have a measuring tape unfortunately however my jeans are definitely looser so to speak and I do see a difference in my middle, arms, and legs. Just wish the scale would show some type of progress. When I just simply walked 7 miles a day the scale moved but eventually stopped due to a plateau so then I went to Zumba…

Adding :)

Thanks everyone, about to add :-)

Yep its headed this way. Hopefully she changes her mind and goes back to bed. We really want to go trick o treating to! UGH.

I would suggest to build your minutes. I started out 15 mins a day, then increased to 30 and eventually started doing 90 mins but had to bring it back down to 60 mins. Also be consistent, and there will be days where you may fall off the wagon but just get back on and keep it pushing. Good luck.

Thanks ladies, adding you all :)

Level 1 made my legs sore. I'm on level 2 now and my arms, back, and neck are sore. I want to curse Jillian out but how can I when I absolutely like her lol.

I'm in the same boat. This is day 2 for me of level 2 and it really kicked my [blank]. I did love the fact that I was sweating something serious at the end of circuit 2. I had a harder time yesterday then I had today with the pushup and then add the knee coming in. Ouch. I just hope it gets better. I do admit that the…

I started this workout today, combined with Ripped in 30. Loved it. I was drenched which is always a plus for me. My hubby did it with me and he kept saying how a lot of the moves reminded him when he use to play football when he was in high school. Jillian is really amazing but I'm still waiting for the scale to move…

I don't know. I haven't lost any weight yet on this program and even gained 3 pounds. Not too happy about it thus far.
-
30 mins is def not enough... for me that is.
-
Aww you will get there. What inspires me is my fat photos. I just looked a photo of me 60 pounds heavier and I know I just have to keep going. I'm also doing a blog now. You look great by the way, its hard. Plus the scale isn't your friend at all lol. Best of luck.

Keep up the good work. You are quite brave and that's a step in the right direction.
-
Good for you. Yay!!! Keep up the work.

Damn she looks incredible. Thanks for sharing, fully motivated now.

I've started level 1 Monday of the 30 day shred, however today I've done 30 day rip and I will do shred later in the day so yes I plan on doing both of these together for the next month or so, so we'll see. Hope to drop some inches and a few more much needed pounds.;
-
Its a frustrating process, you'll just have to keep at it. I can't stand the scale it really does put me in a not so happy mood.
-
I've been here since Jan, barely post but I will make it my business to start posting as I need the motivation.
-
Great job and big difference. So you did the 30 day shred and ripped together each day.... let me go back re-read.
-
I started this program as well on Monday and here we are Friday and not even a pound gone. I've even mixed this up with another 30 min cardio workout just to see super results. So let's see, my bones HURT in my legs mostly but no weight loss and the scale makes me want to throw it out the window. I'm seriously getting…

Thanks for posting. My husband has been trying to get me to run with him and all I can think about is how boring. But thanks to this, I may consider it.

I recently started doing Zumba last week and lets just say its amazing. I'm actually sore today writing this post but I've hit a weightloss plateau for 3 months and I'm hoping to shed the last 20 pounds to the weight I'm supposed to be, my goal is lose another 40 but we'll see. Zumba is FUN and highly recommended.
