I really love Isagenix protein- 18 gr of protein per scoop & no artificial chemicals - I add stevia or xylitol & unsweetened cocoa powder. You can also use frozen fruit if you want to change it up. :)

about feet moving/slipping w/ the plank jacks- are you working out on a non-slip area (if the area rug is moving- it might be a good idea to just kick it out of the way while you work out... and are you wearing shoes? I can't do the workouts w/o proper support- that might help.... good luck!

i have had a few days off here & there- but I only have a couple more days of lvl2 & then I'm on to level3. I woke up this morning- and my abs felt tight. when I worked nights on the floor, I found it necessary to keep a baggie of almonds in one of my scrub pockets. I measure out a serving size per baggie & that really helps!
