Bump--definitely making this tomorrow!

Bump for when I get home.

I've been doing NROL, the original version, for about 10 weeks now. I'm 2/3 of the way through Fat Loss 1 and think I'm going to move to Hypertrophy next, then go back to Fat Loss 2. I'm a woman and was slightly offended at the idea that I needed a different book than men. Don't we all build muscle the same way? I love…

Bump! Thanks so much for this. I go to the store and there are 5000 different bars and it can take too long to carefully go through them. This will help.

Late reply, but I've been doing the men's version for 3 weeks and am doing just fine! I think as long as you are willing to lift heavy you don't need the female version. We all put on muscle the same way. Good luck!

Bump to make later!

I just finished a 10-week bootcamp and we did this routine for a few days. It involves no weights and it will kill you. Start with 3 sets of planks, hold for 20 seconds and increase by 10 seconds each week. 40 squats 20 pushups 30 burpees 20 lunges on each side 20 leg raises Do that 3 times and time yourself (goal is under…

I don't have an answer for this but I have often wondered this myself I look at my fitness instructor and she's so insanely fit she has to have low body fat but there's no way you could say she is unhealthy. It makes you wonder.

For food: Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. I've lost 70 lbs and I can tell you it's 100% true. For exercise: I have a bodybugg so I ask myself if I'm going to be happy with what I see later. If I feel like I can wring a few more calories burned out of myself then I know I need to try harder!

The only thing I can think it might be is an evap line. Test again in the morning, any positive results will be strongest then. Or get a digital, there's no way to misread that. Go to peeonastick.com to learn more about evaps.

Best of luck Georgie! Met did make me feel pretty crappy at first but it quickly got better. And it was worse with certain foods. I wouldn't be too worried about it. And if it gives you hope, I am insulin resistant on top of the PCOS and had no GD with either pregnancy. Just eat healthy and exercise. If GD does happen,…

I don't think the fat content matters as much as watching your overall calorie and carb intake. I have PCOS as well and I have two lovely boys so it is possible. In fact we got pregnant pretty quickly with both of them. Has your doctor given you metformin? With my second, taking metformin alone was enough to make my body…

If you figure it out, let me know! I have lost 70lbs since I started Weight Watchers 7 years ago. I lost it gradually. I am left with tons of loose sagging skin that is absolutely disgusting. I will never be happy with the way I look because of it. It's been well over the magical 2 year mark since the bulk of it was lost.…

Thanks for sharing. And to think, I'm proud of doing a 30lb clean and press!

Bump...can't wait to try this, I love buffalo chicken!

You are not alone. This sounds like me! I'm doing one of those crazy gym bootcamps and we're halfway through, and I have to admit I am very toned now. However, all I can focus on is how I still have a belly and that the numbers on the scale aren't where I thought they would be by now. I also just had my second baby too.…

A very emphatic bump!
