I love brownies!!!! One question though: Splenda gives me stomach aches, will it effect the taste/consistency if I use all stevia?

You'll want to add another 1/4 cup Almond Flour to mask the extra moisture otherwise they'd never set.

and another question: think it'll cause any issues if I throw some unsweetened vanilla spirutein in? I'm trying to up my protein and while I love tuna, chicken and greek yogurt I can't seem to make myself eat it 24/7 :)

No I'd add a little bit more soy/almond milk to keep them chewie.

Do you think I can use coconut flour in place of the almond flour? I have it on hand.

You can, but if I remember right coconut flour might up the carbs some. I don't remember the carb to fiber ratio on it.

I just bought some ground flaxseed and it is very fine. Is the same thing as the milled flaxseed in your picture?

    bump.

I predict this post may end up with "must bumps for a recipe"
I'll certainly be trying this as soon as I track down those ingredients.

    Thanks
