I'm in exactly the same boat as you at the moment I binge feel guilty tell myself that I'll be good tomorrow and then binge again the next day! Plus I've gotto wear a bikini in 5 weeks! :(

so annoyed that I haven't lost any weight in a while infact i've gained about a pound HOWEVER after 2 weeks of the Shred and wearing my Zaggora Hotpants i've lost a total of 5.5 inches! it's closer to the front and inside of my leg, by the sounds of it, it does sound like shin splints! I did the shred today in my trainers today and it helped so much, silly me! I also added in more stretches :) thank you so much for your help :)

its at the back of the leg but its also in the inner sides of my leg!

When researching the 30 day shred I read that quite a few people gain weight in the first week or two and then it all fell off! has anyone had this happen to them?! don't forget to add me as a friend! :D

my weight is mainly in my hips, upper thigh and tops of my arms! also got chubby cheeks :( wish they'd all go away, but yes it is strange how we all carry weight so differently!

mines are 2kg have no idea what that is in pounds but they kill my arms! No pain though gain though!

Yay thank you for all joining me! My measurements at the start of the shred were... (1/26/2012) Neck 13" Waist 31" Bellybutton "35.5" Hips 37" Thighs 24.5" Calves 15" Arms 12.5" I'm 5'9 and weighed 164lbs at the start of the shred! I can't wait to compare the results! xx
