Have all your favorites altered, that's what I did. It's cheaper than buying new and you get to continue to wear your favorite things

My favorite is Kens Steakhouse Lite Caesar. It's more like Italian than Caesar but really good

Try the Leslie Sansone walking tapes, they helped me a lot in the beginning

I often bring a salad with turkey in it for lunch, and fruit and yogurt for snack. I tend to make a few different dishes on the weekend so I don't have to worry about dinners too much and don't have to cook every day. For example last Sunday I made turkey chili and roasted a chicken. If you can get into my recipes section…

I'm doing the hipcentric video only, not the dance cardio (I do other cardio). I don't know what to put for calorie burn. Anybody have any ideas?

I do activia yogurt mixed with fresh berries (try the peach!) It has way less sugar than the other brands and I think it tastes the best

I use Ken's Steakhouse lite caesar.

Yes, it uses your current weight to calculate, so if one person weighs more, they will burn more

Switch to diet soda, at least it's less fattening. I recently broke my years long diet pepsi addiction, I switched to water but add those individual crystal lite packets. Just keep trying, day by day, don't beat yourself up if you slip. You can do it!!!

Try changing your goal on MFP to one pound a week. It will adjust your calories for you. Give that a try for a while, and make sure you are drinking lots of water, that always helps me. Good luck!!

Just keep trying, don't give up, and if you stumble, dust yourself off and keep going! You can do it!!
-
I just ordered the book from Amazon and should have it this week. I'd love to join once I start

I had mine a few years ago, lost most of the weight right away and then decided to go further, that's how I ended up here! I had the bypass

I really like my collar bones for some reason!

I only have a few more pounds to lose and it helped break my plateau, give it a try
-
I've been doing it and I eat all the time! I'm at the very end of my weight loss so it's going a little slower, but it helped break my plateau. It's really easy, you should give it a try

Welcome aboard!!

Welcome! I had the surgery a few years ago and am now 25+ pounds below my original goal. Congratulatons on your success and I know you'll do great!

I agree, way less intimidating to not have a super skinny instructor, plus you could give a lot of encouragement to your class. Go for it!

I always use MFP as a tracker no matter what diet I'm on. With Atkins it's pretty easy to go over in calories, though. Try 17 day diet, it's low carb as well, but also low fat, so it seems no matter what I eat I don't go over my calories on MFP. Or just do Atkins but watch your fat content. Good Luck!!!

Welcome! Just added you as a friend

When you enter all the ingridients for a recipe it also asks you how many servings there are in the recipe. It will then figure out how many calories per serving for you
