so glad I did a search on here. I was really thinking about joining to see if she could really motivate me with a plan to lose weight..after all , she is so famous on tv and has so many dvds.. but after reading all the negative comments.. I will just stay here and use good ole Fitness Pal which I love.

I love them to.. I was looking for something to help my sweet cravings and my god I could eat the box.. I love them.. and yes I would rather eat them , then a regular meal.. they are so satisfying!!

a few of my friends tried them and they found that after a couple of days they all had bad stomachs.. so they dropped it and just do weight watchers and also this website.. No more shakes for them.. and I dont plan on trying them.. but if they work for some people than good for them.. Everyone has to try out different…

I have the same trouble.. i eat my calories but still hungry or have the munchies all the time.. I try to remember to have a smoothie when i get like this.. it fills me up most of the time and helps the munchies go away.

I always use crystal light.. and I am drinking it right now. I try to use only half a pack in my bottle. Crystal light makes it so much easier to drink the water.. the only thing i find is i hate to drink it without using it now because there is no taste.. so I am gonna stick to using it because I love it and i always get…

Some days i just want to eat my desert and treats because if I eat the healthy stuff i just crave those sweets anyway and eat them right after.. so some days I will eat a treat and count those calories but after a day or so i feel too crappy!

I go crazy on a cheat day and would not even think about the calories.. that's why its a cheat day!!! but I bounce back again the day after or the next..lol.. and keep chugging along.

I always use milk.. makes it seem more like a milkshake.. and if its choc protein powder i always put a little bit of cocoa powder to make it more choc and when I use the vanilla powder i use milk , with frozen fruit if you like and try different flavours of crystal light.. the orange tangerine flavour makes it taste like…

This happens to me to.. I do so well and lose some weight,, but then I think i get too comfortable and slowly start eating the stuff I am not suppose to and then end up eating way too much.. but it only last for a day or so.. then I calm my nerves..lol and remember of all the hard work I just put into trying to lose this…

I dont see to eat a lot of veggies either.. so I always throw some spinach in my smoothies.. and if you buy the bags of frozen spinach thats even better.. Even my son likes it.. No taste from the spinach at all and it makes your smoothie nice and thick.

I lose motivation at least once a week.. been on a diet since elementary school.. and it never ends.. but i never stop trying.. I know its hard.. and dieting is no easy especially for me with a giant sweet tooth.. or a mouthful of them i should say.. Just keep trying.. thats all you can do. Dont be too hard on yourself..…

I use resistance bands even at work.. on my break i use them in my office. And they really tone your arms if you work at it.

I have just discovered them and can't believe i never heard of them before. So I have started using them this week.. putting a spoonful in yogurt and love it in my smoothies. It makes them thicker and no taste to the seeds at all. I make the gel first and then put it in the blender for smoothies. That way the seeds don't…
