  • I started CF in July 2016, and took a month or so break for WLS. I was over 100 lbs overweight when I began and have had two back surgeries and severe nerve damage. So far, there has never been a time when I couldn't modify something and still feel the mixture of give me death please, and a sense of accomplishment at the…
  • I am also enrolled in the WW program, however I use MFP to track calories to make sure that what I am eating is good points and not junk points. I know they say that WW is more than a diet it is a lifestyle of eating smaller portions and controlling binge eating...but I strongly believe everyone is different. My profile…
  • I just got one for Christmas and have used it about five times with my Galaxy 3 phone and Endomondo. I have used it for jogging (clipped to my belt) and in a weight training class (under my bench). The times I moved around the room to gather equipment it still showed my heart rate on the screen. The farthest I probably get…
  • I have a polar F7, got it from sears for about 89 bucks on sale. I love it. It pushes me to work harder during workouts and is incredibly handy for interval training.
  • I began my WL journey #9873345 on October 27th by joining Weight Watchers. I lost about 20 pounds between then and January with moderate exercise. In January I joined MFP and began the Couch to 5K program. Since then I have made massive changes to my diet and joined a gym. I'm currently at a total of 60 pounds gone…
  • Congrats!!!! Today I ran 3 miles in 36:14....my best time by three minutes. Can't wait till I can get five miles without stopping!
  • Is there a such thing as fifty shades of red (solo cups)?
  • 54 pounds in 6 and a half months....joined WW originally...started MFP in mid January. (35 pounds since then!)
  • A coworker at lunch, "It makes me sick watching you eat the same stuff everyday!" Umm, I'm sorry my baby spinach, carrots, and turkey interrupt you shoving pizza and fast food into your pie hole.
  • I teach so by the time I drop my kids to the cafeteria I typically have a 20-25 minute lunch. I have fallen into a nice routine of baby spinach, baby carrots, 2 tbs of light ranch dressing, weight watchers cheese, diced up, and oven roasted turkey sliced/diced. My dessert is usually a cutie or some other fruit and if there…
  • My diary is open, but I have been in a pretty good routine of eating breakfast. Egg whites, turkey bacon, and 1% milk or Apple Cinnamon Nutrigrain Bar or Apple Cinnamon Cheerios with milk
  • 6 TBS of All Egg Whites 2 Slices of Butterball Turkey Bacon 1.5 1% Organic Milk 1 TBS of 25% Less Sugar Nesquick Chocolate Mix .5 TBS of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter 303 cal
  • NEVER: Green vegetables I can't swallow whole...with the exception of raw spinach. Mushrooms because they remind of my past. :/ RARELY: Alcohol, red meat and pork (gave it up for Lent and am enjoying the benefits) and ice cream OFTEN: Bananas, Chicken, grilled fish, and raw spinach almost daily, and cheese..MUST have…
  • Jgging two miles and thinking, gosh that went by fast...and I can still breathe!
  • I am also attempting fasting for the first time. I have been Catholic my entire life by label only. Recently, I have made a stronger attempt to learn more about the religion I have been raised in. Pray for me.
  • I'm a little late to start, but I bought the DVD last night and searched for a group! I'm logging my food, then getting off the couch and starting day 1. Wish me luck!
  • Thank you for sharing! Incredibly inspiring!!
  • I have been doing it 3-4 times a week since New Year's Eve. I also linked my account with the your shape website. It has dramatically changed the rate of inches I have lost in a very short amount of time. I stayed sore the first two weeks of January and am now feeling more confident and trying harder workouts.
