so proud of myself today - 3 miles in 33 minutes nonstop! and i've only been running for 2 1/2 to 3 months!

    Go you! That is amazing! I am not running yet but I walked very well today and I noticed that I was not the least bit tired after 4 miles! ONWARD ALL!

    Congrats!!!! Today I ran 3 miles in 36:14....my best time by three minutes. Can't wait till I can get five miles without stopping!

    Well done, you should be proud. I'm also doing C25K but have only managed 20 minutes non stop running so far (attempting 22 mins tomorrow) - I'm jealous!!
