so proud of myself today - 3 miles in 33 minutes nonstop! and i've only been running for 2 1/2 to 3 months!

Go you! That is amazing! I am not running yet but I walked very well today and I noticed that I was not the least bit tired after 4 miles! ONWARD ALL!0

Congrats!!!! Today I ran 3 miles in 36:14....my best time by three minutes. Can't wait till I can get five miles without stopping!0
