I want to purchase one of these little gizmos. I read articles online about each, but does anybody here have personal experiences with these? I want to get one, but I want the most bang for my buck. Any advice please!

I have a polar F7, got it from sears for about 89 bucks on sale. I love it. It pushes me to work harder during workouts and is incredibly handy for interval training.0

I have a polar f4 and a fibit. I love them both but I will admit, that the fitbit, even though it does not track heart rate and ppl say that it isn't good for tracking weights etc. I wear my HRM plus the fitbit during weight training and it's come pretty close to how much calories I burn. It can be off as little as maybe 20 calories vs the HRM.
I would go with the fitbit if you are looking at tracking all day. The HRM is great for tracking calories burned during other activities.
good luck!0
