I'm on day 20 today and getting ready to start level 3. Dropped 4lbs and my clothes are definately baggier. Feeling great energy also. I am going to start Insanity up again when I am done.

I am getting ready to start level 3 of 30DS tomorrow. Did not lose anything the last couple weeks. But I hopped on the scale this morning and was down 4 lbs. :drinker: I feel great. This is the first time I have been able to commit myself and do the workout everyday. Seems to finally be working. Good Luck!

Thanks for all of the tips. I think the small meals every three hours is a great idea and definately do able. I know if a I plan ahead and have snacks on hand I should be able to succeed. I always was told not to eat after 6pm or go to sleep right after eating. I have to get that out of my head. It is OK to eat as long as…

LOL. I hear you on the jumping jacks. I can't watch myself in a mirror. Those things just fly all over the place. D5 for me and I am loving the Shred and my endurance is definately up.

bump. We just got the Kinect and I love it. Played the Shark game last night with the kids and had fun jumping around. That has to count as some sort of exercise right??? Fri - 3 bluemoons and I had Fetuccini for dinner. Went way over the Cals. Today is another day:) Have a good weekend everyone.

Happy New Year everybody! A lot of champagne and white russians last night. Suprisingly, I feel fine. Plan to cut out the alcohol during the week this year. I think that is the only way I am going to reach my weight loss goal. But tonight I plan on having a couple of drinks and enjoying my weekend. :drinker:
