Overnight oatmeal or chia seed pudding (one recipe for chia seed pudding is below). http://www.skinnytaste.com/2013/05/superfood-triple-berry-chia-pudding.html

Also, look into chia seeds as a form of protein! They are a great source of protein, fiber and omega 3!

You should consider cutting out sodas all together. I drank diet sodas fairly regularly and as soon as I quit, I dropped 5 pounds!

You might want to consider getting a heart rate monitor to more accurately know how many calories you are burning from your strength training sessions. If you log 30 minutes of strength training into MyFitnessPal, it really doesn't know how hard you worked and would tell you the same if you are lifting 5 pound weights vs.…

I'm not a mom, but have you tried cooking large meals ahead of time and then eating them throughout the week?

Stevia is still an artificial sweetener. I use honey sometimes but in moderation, otherwise just fruits. Your tastes adjust to not using sugar after a while.

Who cares what anyone else there is wearing or doing? Wear what you want and do what you went there to do... Seems like you just started this post to trash those other girls...

Well, that would be because Colfax and Federal in Colorado are known for having prostitutes...

What about a smoothie? Maybe some almond milk, banana, vanilla extract and cinnamon? It would be good for you and have that creamy vanilla taste you're craving.

Wilbur is the best dog's name I've heard.

It's pretty easy to have a full meal for 500 calories. I get most of my recipes from skinnytaste.com or cookinglight.com. They are always filling, full of flavor and within my calorie range! I will also usually take my leftovers to work the next day for a healthy lunch.

I'm 5'9 and got to my goal weight of 160 last October. After a honeymoon in Italy and the holidays, I need to work on losing the last 5-10 pounds again.

When I feel like eating non-stop, it is usually because I am stressed or bored. If I exercise, it provides me with a more positive outlet for my stress/boredom and it is easier for me to keep on track.

See my profile picture. Also, I'm 5'9'', so there would be a bigger difference for you.

It is okay to have a problem with his behavior, but it doesn't sound like you are communicating this effectively to him. Sit him down and have a mature conversation about how his comments make you feel and ask him nicely to not make those sort of comments in front of you anymore because it makes you uncomfortable. If you…

I used to drink at least one diet soda a day. I cut it out from my diet completely and immediately dropped (and maintained a loss of) an additional 5 pounds. Now I'm used to drinking water or tea instead of soda and it doesn't taste good at all to me anymore.

Basically, stick to parameter shopping. The produce, dairy and meats are all along the outside of the grocery store. I pretty much avoid the middle aisles where they put most of the processed foods.

However you propose, make sure you follow these rules: 1) Ask her dad's permission beforehand. 2) Make it a surprise 3) Have someone secretly there ready to take a picture of the proposal. My husband did this and I love that there are pictures of the moment! 4) Use her entire name (first, middle and last) when you ask her…

In that case, I would expect the contestants on Biggest Loser to never lose weight since they exercise all day long and they stick to low calorie diets...

Skinnytaste.com has lots of healthy dessert recipes that are good! I get all my recipes from there!

I wouldn't worry about eating back your calories until you are closer to your goal weight. If you are dieting the way you are and exercising that much, the weight should be falling off.
-
I cook most of my meals with skinnytaste.com recipes. That way, I am eating filling meals that I am used to eating without feeling like I am dieting, but the recipes are healthy and delicious!

Yes, fast food really is that bad for you. Not only are the foods higher in calories, fats, sugars, sodium, etc. but these foods are full of fillers and highly processed. Processed foods are stripped of their nutrients and are easier for your body to break down and store as fats. When you consume processed foods, your body…

I don't understand how you can't drink coffee because of a heart arrhythmia but you can drink excessive amounts of diet coke... Either way you would be consuming lots of caffeine.

I read that the best breakfast for you to eat is fruit because it is the only food that is digested separately from food that may be left over in your stomach from the night before, which makes it easier for your body to burn.
