I love it with peaches and sunflower seeds! also I like to use it as a salad dressing!

I take one medium banana and mash it up and mix in one large egg and stir together, sometimes add in some flax seed or chia seeds, and fruit if you want...top with PB2...super low calories and yummy!

I love PB2, spreaded on toast, by itself, or mixed in stuff. i'll never go back to reg. peanut butter

I love pb2! at first it seemed a little griddy tasting but now im just use to it..and i would never go back to regular peanut butter!

Try pb2 chocolate flavor it an all natural powdered PB just add water and mix it together it is only 45 cals eat it with some fruit

I've been taking a daily multi vitamin, fish oil, B-complex vitamin, chromium + cinnamon...i can deffinatly tell my sugar cravings are more under control

thanks for the replies! I havnt been much of a veggie eater, mainly becuz i dont know what to even do with them cooking wise to make them good but maybe i'll have to look up some recipies. I just always fear that they will go bad before i get the chance to eat them and i hate throwing things out. and i love boneless…
