So glad I found this I so was looking for more recipes to do in my crock pot. I started school again so this is awesome too bad my kids are so darn picky I guess they will be making their own dinner. LOL

I can not see you food journal so I can not help you there are you eating extra carbs or fat that may do it.

That is what I do now. Unless the 93/7 at target has good coupons on it when it gets close to the date it needs to be freezed by or used by then I buy it and use it for things I can not rinse like meat loaf or other dishes like that.

I would have to say yes and no. He is eating better at least some of the time because I make dinner. But he won't give up his Mountain Dew still drinking 2 cans a day barely any water and he wonders why he is tired all the time. SInce we moved to Florida his job doesnt involve as much movement as his old job and its hard…

going to try these tomorrow I have chicken left over from doing whole chickens on the grill we always make 2 so that we have leftovers for other dinners.

I think I react to cheese and bread it seems when I eat them I go up at least for a day. I love carbs so it is hard for me some days to stay away from the breads.

I weigh myself everyday on my wii in the morning with the same clothes on about the same time each morning. It does go up and down today it went up and it was kind of discouraging because I was so busy yesterday barely sat down. I hope tomorrow will be better.

Thank you It just seems like dinner is our bigger meal because it is the one I cook for everyone and have more time to make. We eat dinner kind of early 4:45pm because that is when the kids get home from school and we eat and then go do things.

can not stand greek yogurt can do the fruit. wondering how many of you eat back some of your exercise calories. Also dinner tends to be bigger at our house and then we go to the park to play racquetball.

I like fajitas, chili those are the two at least this week that seemed to be a problem and I did not use the whole seasoning packet for the fajitas barely half for the whole pan. Even cheeses it seems like everything has salt in it. I am cooking more from scratch to avoid the prepackaged stuff but even biscuits and pizza…
