Saturday Mini Challenge

Options
Ok, we are gonna change this up a lil bit.

Jumping Jacks - 200
Crunches - 75
Sit-ups - 25

Do as many as you can and you can do them any style you want.
The important thing is that you try to so them.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics.

    oooh toughie the crunches and sit ups but I'll try! need to work my abs so gonna give it a go.

    Could only muster up 100 jumping jacks and 45 crunches, 5 sit ups lol :( .

    I did 100 jumping jacks and the 75 crunches...will work on the sit ups and the other 100 jumping jacks later!

    Phew.
    just finished, but had to break it up.

    100 jumping jacks
    25 crunches
    35second plank(just for fun, right?!)
    25 situps(in my oh-so-fit way...I'm sure these looked more like crunches!)
    50 crunches

    I'm proud of myself...my abs are sooo weak(3 pregnancies in 4 years...) but I'd like to work on my running posture and endurance, this will only help things along! :)

    I will have to break it up. I tried to do jumping jacks a fw days ago and barely lasted a minute...being 55, overweight, and out of shape is tough. But the last tw0 days I jogged/walked a twelve minute mile each day!

    You'll get there! We have all got areas we struggle in.. the crunches will kill me! let aone the sit ups.. abs still aching from yesterdays plank efforts. adding one or two each time is my way of adding up my numbers or time :) Good luck.

    I did the 200 jumping jacks in 2 sets - pleased with that as had a nice speed so didn't burn out too early.
    The crunches went better than I thought they would - I did 100 in sets of 20's I did more as... my sit ups were pants! I'll try them later, but really messy for 5 so gave up for now. I'm pleased with the above though and promise to try the sit ups, it works with my feet under the sofa but I'm in jeans so don't think that helped - will try in tracks later.

    Did it! But, had the crunches and sit-ups backwards, so I did 200 jumping jacks, 75 sit-ups and 25 crunches. Oh well!
