Thank you!! I realy like to cycle, not much of a walker/runner...so I will prob stick to that! I already fo the 3 small meals and 2 snacks...I just really slacked off lately which I shouldnt have. I too bough my in advance and it was when I was at my lowest weight! LOL So that is my motivation also!!

Yes, I usually try to. I probably eat 1600-2000 on a cheat day. My BMR is 1409.6.

I have cheat days on the weekends, I dont know how much protein I eat, I don't really pay attention to that. & I try to get in cycling, and JM 30DS.

Thanks Heather! I hate eating fast food and havent really in the past 3 months except for pizza here and there and of course subway.
