Back down to 139.5 this week. Unfortunately it's almost where I started but at least the two pounds of bloat went away from last week.
So I guess:

GW:130 (I could still do it!)

Just in the nick of time- again! I must say I was pretty pleased today since I was at 145.2 this morning and did pretty well with 30 Day Shred- feeling up to starting Level 2 tomorrow...Alas, I'm sure I've blown it today since work required lunch and dinner out, and then meeting up with an old friend over a few beers put me waaay over my calories for the day. Thank goodness it was a morning weigh-in, now there's a whole week of exercise and being good to work for! I hope everyone is pleased with their progress.

looks like everyone hada great week!! This morning i came in at 149!! wahoo! this is what i was last weigh in and i was 148 before i got sick so just one pound away from pre sick weight so glad the water retention is going down! Keep it up everyone!!0

This may sound really silly but I hadn't really checked my BMR since I started 17 pounds ago. I noticed my allotment of calories has steadily gone with the weightloss. I didn't realize that my recommended calories had become way less than my BMR.
I've been reading other posts on the site that say especially as you get closer to your goal you may have to switch your daily calories to your BMR if it's far above what MFP recommends. (since technically if it's below, you aren't even eating enough for your organs to live off of) So I'm changing to 0.5 a week (it's way more in line with my BMR) and steadily increasing my calories to see what happens. I didn't get to weigh in on Friday but I def didn't gain bc TOM! I was shocked!!! I didn't lose though CW is 132.6! Still need to lose the 2.6 by Thanksgiving to meet my goal....it may be close!0

Oh I was away for 4 days so I missed my weigh in and I wasn't filling in me food diary. Not too confident on a loss this week but I'll hit the gym in the mean time and see what I can do!0

I didn't do well over the holiday I gained almost 2 pounds. to top it off I was sick for some of it so no exercise. Didn't meet my goal by Thanksgiving...maybe I can get down to my goal of 125 by Christmas....or close...0

I haven't even ventured on the scale yet...I figured I'd be good all week before weigh in friday - maybe it will lessen the blow of whatever I gained over the long weekend.0

Well it must have been all the sodium I ate because I am back down to what I was before the holiday. 131.8lbs!! I wanted to be at 130 before thanksgiving but I will take it. I am aiming for 125 by Christmas! That's amost 7 pounds...so I may have to settle for 127! I will be happy to see the 120's again!!!!0

Nice job on the weight loss after the holiday! I was too scared to weigh in on Friday after eating like a sumo wrestler on Thanksgiving. But, I stepped on the scale this morning and was down! CW: 132.8 .7 loss from last friday weigh in. Not much, but considering the holidays, I was pretty happy. I hope it stays off !!!!!0

Totally Annoyed!!! I have been weighing myself every morning this week... every day it was been 132.8 Monday - Thursday.,, stepped on the scale this morning and : 134.2! AAARRRRGGGGG! Oh well... 1 day at a time! Just frustrating when you are exercising and eating well all week and gain weight in the end. Good luck to all!0

Well, I gained a pound over the Thanksgiving holiday putting me at 153, which, given the shear amount of seafood I gobbled up while visiting the fam. in New England was pretty impressive, so I think I'll just have to accept that and get back on the bandwagon going forward. The real question is, why can't I get a decent lobster roll in Chicago?0

So I'm totally a train wreck! I missed last weeks weigh in with all the family here..this morning i was at 153.5 thats 5.5 pounds up in 3 weeks! Please god let that be water weight! I'm almost embaressed to admit that. I thought it wouldbe harder to get back into eating right after 3 weeks of being a mess..but to be honest i can't wait to get back to my normal ruitine. I will be shopping tomorrow night and getting everything in place for next week. I'm hoping for a big loss next week and hopefully keep from platueing the rest of the way.0

I feel you dreamgurl2324!! I haven't done too well the past week either..and to top it off I ate horrible this weekend...It is setting me back but hopefully I can try and get back on track this week. I have a 4 week class starting tonight which is going to be hard to eat right. I work 8-5 then my class is from 6-10pm Mon-Thurs...I don't know what I am going to do abouut exercising!0

Oh wow! Thats a whole lot of work! Just pack lots of healthy snacks! I'm back ontrack as of today! I cooked for the whole week yesterday. i've almost got all my water down for the day. We can do this! Christmas is around the corner! Hopefully we can reach our thanksgiving goals by then! And remember eating is 80% of lossing weight! So if you cant fit in excersize as long as your eating right you'll get there!0

Well I am back down to 131.6lbs ...not losing as fast as I would like...and 15 pounds by the last weigh in on Jan 13th doesn't seem attainable lol...but I am going to continue and see where I am at then...I will take 8-10lbs loss for this challenge if I am good

Good for you!! Anything is better than nothing. I have lost NO weight and stupid me never took my measurements. I can definitely see a difference in terms of toning so I'm hoping I am just replacing muscle with fat. I am trying not to be too pissed off at myself because I am trying and I have made some improvements in my diet. I am not prepared to have a completely clean diet, I will keep the 5 extra pounds if it means I can still have my lattes and muffins.

I'm back down to 150 this am i was hoping for 149 where i was 3 fridays ago but oh well. Maybe by tomorrow. I'm hoping for 145 by christmas. it MAY be attainable... if ig et to 149 by tomorrow. We will see i guess! keep it up everyone this is the time of year it gets the hardest!!0
