  • OK, this is total TMI, but, what could be causing my poop to turn white? Yes, white! I have been on the 17 day diet for more than 1 month and I feel good. I'm eating between 1200 and 1400 calories a day and exercising. I'm dropping almost 2 pounds per week. But, just the last few days, my poop has changed to a white color.…
  • There are times when I would KILL for a Reese's peanut butter egg! YUM! This sucks. I so wish there was just a pill that could make us skinny and that you wouldn't have problems getting pregnant! I'm trying to convince myself to NOT eat the bag of peanut m&m's this afternoon and instead go work out, but I am so not…
  • Thanks for all the words of support! I think it's nice to know that there are so many other people who deal with the same struggles. I do want this for myself and will simply take this as a speed bump..pick myself up and continue forward. Thanks again!!
  • I totally understand this.If I ever win the lottery, a personal chef/grocery shopper would be at the top of my list. I end up eating the same things day after day because it's easy, then tend to burn out quickly, giving up the diet for the quick, really easy, gooey, greasy stuff! Hello chicken and cheese quesadillas and…

  • I feel the exact same way. I've dropped 26 pounds but don't see a big difference- or at least the difference I was hoping to see. But, clothes are fitting much looser, and my measurements are dropping slowly but surely. Just keep up the great work and you will begin to see that picture of yourself change.
  • I thought that this year for Halloween, I'd give out little bags of baby carrots! They sell them at Costco already packed and ready to go- but, I'm thinking that's probably a good way to get my house egged! So, I'll probably buy way fewer bags than I usually do, and wait to buy them till the week before Halloween. I'll…
  • I, too, tend to sweat more after I've been doing the diet/exercise thing for awhile. I like to think it's because my metabolism is working higher than usual, because I'm forcing it into shape. Not too scientific, but that's my opinion.
