Thanks everyone. I tried like 50 times to fix the image and it did't work lol. Am glad with my progress so far but now I would like to get more tone and definition so I am setting new goals.

Iam in for sure. I just finished the Brazil Butt Lift and it was amazing but my arms and abs need more definition so I know the Shred is perfect for that.

That's amazing! I too was a pear but since I started working out I have lost my pear shape but my waist hasn't gotten much smaller I wonder what I should do to get some curves again. I really miss being curvy :(

Lol sometimes I wonder if it is my scale the one that lies. By the way what size are you now? you look about my height and that is about how thin I'd like to be and right now am a size 6 and 141 lbs so am trying to get an idea of how much more work I need to put into this to be about your size.

Yes mine does but always forgets. He used to tell me that I looked fine when I was 160 but now that am 143 he takes second looks lol. My husband says that his diet consists of McDonald's 5x a week green tea and weights 2x a week and he has lost 10 pounds lol. Am sure this doesnt work for women though

I would say drink plenty of water and take vitamins also, if it helps go on Amazon and buy the blood type diet book (or at least the individual mini book)this will tell you what type of supplements to take to speed up your metabolism and what foods to avoid. Hope this helps

I would try reading the blood type diet book and see what surtain foods you should eat more of in order to loose weight.I've been doing this and I feel grat and keep loosing weight.Also, try some interval training to rev up your metabolism a good one is 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels

197 at 9 months pregnant 175 after giving birth now am down to about 148 ish aiming for 125.
