You should read the reviews. I read them and will pass on one for now. For my line of work, I couldn't wear anything very fragile. I read some reviews about them breaking easily. I'll recheck the reviews in a couple of months and see if the design has improved.

I say grab it when you can. I find it hard to stay on task with grandkids as well. I wouldn't have it any other way! My youngest one called a bit ago...'Nana, I need balloons". So, guess where I'm heading! I'll just put my orange in my purse and eat it when I can.

On another note, you can add a spoon of suger-free jelly/preserves to the plain yogurt. For 1 TBS it's 10 calories. I only use about a tsp per 6/8 oz container. Plenty sweet for me.

For variation, I sometimes put Flavors for Coffee (Splenda) in my oatmeal. I can't remember what flavors they offer but, I prefer the Mocha. To be honest, I like it better in my oatmeal than in my coffee. There are 30 'sticks' per box for about 3 bucks....Oh and it's '0' calories!

I know exactly what you mean. I have jeans that range from size 6 to 14. My weight has always been a yo-yo. It's is so hard to find jeans to fit me as I wear tall or long and hate jeans that are cut too low (I'm a Nana!). I hope this journey with MFP will allow me to shed some of the larger sizes. I WILL get rid of them…

I've had mine for about 3 weeks now and love it. I do find it to be a great motivator. I find myself taking longer routes to rack up more steps. On a busy day at work I have gotten in more than 20K steps. Fitbit goal is 10K. It's interesting to see how many steps you actually take in a day. I do have to question the stair…

Here's my personal opinion. I makes sense to me that if you burn more calories than you take in, it's more productive to weight loss. I do NOT add in all of the extra calories that that Fitbit or MFP adds for the calories burned. That's not to say I don't go over occasionally by a few calories, I can't justify eating twice…
