Hey guys does anyone use your fit bit to count your calories and if so has it worked for you. Im getting worried that I eat to much and that my fitbit is off. Im full and not hungry by any means just wondering what others think.

Here's my personal opinion. I makes sense to me that if you burn more calories than you take in, it's more productive to weight loss.
I do NOT add in all of the extra calories that that Fitbit or MFP adds for the calories burned. That's not to say I don't go over occasionally by a few calories, I can't justify eating twice as much if I have a personal goal in mind. I still have enough "fat" to sustain my body from starving. This is working for me right now and I continue to see results. If I stop losing, I will have to change things up I'm sure but, for now it's working. I always keep the "big picture" in mind and take it one day at a time. :flowerforyou:0
