My go to breakfast have been Egg Cups recently. Depending on the vegetables and cheese you use, the calories change, but it's around 250 calories. I completely understand where you are coming from. I know what it feels like to be over full, and I know what it feel like to be hungry, but what does it feel like to be just full?

With the first style you could still pull the sides back when you wanted to just get it up and out of your face quickly.

I find that every scale is slightly different, so I just make sure to always use the same scale. That way, I know if there has been progress. Also, my hope is that when I get to goal, 3 pounds won't be a big deal to me! I also always weigh myself first thing in the morning (again for consistency).

I eat a different type of soup every day, but I stay away from creamy soups. So far, it has worked! Plus, there are so many varieties you can have something different every day, and they are filling.

I'm proud of myself today because I really wanted to be lazy and order a pizza, but instead I cooked a healthy dinner.

I go on purge binges where I throw away everything I don't want/need. It is very cathartic and I feel much better afterwards. And, the house is all picked up!
