Usually 3 adults are eating and I make plenty for leftovers as we have it for lunches during the week. We don't usually measure out the leftovers. We jsut store them in one container and dish them out as needed. I am usually making a rice or pasta dish when making these. Thanks for all the suggestions so far.

My trouble is trying to determine how many servings it will make once it is altogether. I have tried to enter into my recipe tool but without knowing the servings I will get it makes it tough. I generally cook a large amount for my family so this is where the problems come in.

I am 5'4" and I am starting at 254. My current goal weight is 175 but my ultimate goal is 140 the size I was after I had my first daughter. I felt very healthy then. I eat about 1400 calories a day right now.

I have had similar experiences as well. But I tell them that you have to have a change of mind and heart before you can set out on your own adventure. These two areas must be in sync to make it work.
