I don't think you read what I said. I am saying that EDINBURGH DOES HAVE A LOT OF PARKS AND OPEN SPACES.
-
What I mean by Urban environment is the middle of the city centre of Edinburgh, Scotland.
-
There are PLENTY of people that live in an urban area and don't need to contend with these things (myself included). Find a canal, park, trail, anything and you won't have to deal with this stuff. Plus running outside is a bloody amazing workout and you usually burn A LOT more than on a treadmill.
-
I try for between 6-10K 3 or 4 times a week I love my runs, they are my favourite workout days, I hate my strength days in between in comparison lol
-
Me too, haha. Who would have known that I'd be a runner now?! lol
-
Me too :)
-
RunDouble app give you your pace, avg. pace, interval distance and total distance done if thats what you are looking for
-
I loveeeeeeee running outside. I actually can't run on a dreadmill, I find that it wears me out a lot easier and that I can't do anywhere near as much as I can outside. (runners add me!!!)
-
That does sound amazing <3

hill trail running or....? Trail running has always looked amazing to me

Also the fact you need to PAY to run in a gym, whaaatttttt?! lol (I'm not a fan of having to pay to be healthy!)

I have asthma and I am doing W7D1 in two days :) I take a puff of my inhaler about 15 minutes before I leave for my run but really I don't find that my asthma plays up at all while I am running now that I have a proper breathing technique.
