Hi there, I am trying to buy Jillian Michaels Body Revolution BUT I am not in the US or Canada :( the people selling it on ebay etc are terrible. Not including the resistance cable and there is even one that is selling pirated copies!!!! WTF!!!! Gutted I can't get it :(

How has the contraceptive pill affected your weight loss? I have just went back on it after 2 years of only using condoms and I'm worried about how it'll affect my (albeit slow) progress. Any advice?

Weight loss stalled after upping calories to BMR
So I upped my calorie intake last week to just above my BMR so I went from 1200 to 1660 but since that I have actually gained 1-2lbs :( Is this normal? It has really hit me hard :(

LADIES! Has your TOM went haywire since losing weight????
Mine has! Basically as soon as I began to lose weight mid January I have been getting my TOM every two weeks. I have went to see the doctor about it and I just need to book myself in for an internal now to see if they can find a cause for it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Eat 1200 or eat my BMR?
I am confused....should I eat 1200 the eat back my exercise calories which brings me up to my BMR or should I eat reach for my BMR and them eat back my exercise calories on top of that?
