How has everyone done so far?
I did the 10K in Edinburgh today in 1 hour and 12 minutes shaved 20 minutes off of my time from last year!

10K in Dundee. Unfortunately didn't catch my time on the clock at the finish line, but guesstimating it was about 1 hour and 35/40 minutes - wish I'd caught my time...:frown:
Had an amazing time though regardless of the weather0 -
I did Northampton today, it was my first R 4 Life, although not my first 10 k. It was a fantastic experience being a part of something with so many other women. I did 1hr 1 min, which is 6 minutes faster than previous race, however not sure it was the full 6.2, so it doesn't really count as a PBS. I am 12lbs lighter than when I did Sport Relief in March, so it is getting easier. Well done to us all for doing it. Weather not too bad in the Midlands, probably better than Scottish weather, today, hope you have dried out0
