5'0" . I'd like to weigh between 120 and 125... but the weight just won't come off. I've been stuck at 126-127 for the last 3 months!

Are you eating the same calories and doing the same exercise regimen? If so, increase your calories by 400 to 500 (obviously still eat healthy though) for one week only and then cut again. Also, amp up your cardio and change your exercise regimen a bit. You may gain a pound or so from the week of upping calories, but if your staying in the same regimen, your body is used to it. I would also suggest consulting a nuritionist about this. They know their stuff.

    I'm 5' 1 1/2". Originally I was shooting for 105. I've been around 110 for a while now. This morning I was 107.9. I fluctuate a lot. Tomorrow I'm sure I'll be 110. If I stay close to 110ish, I'm happy. Clothes fit a LOT better than they did at 120.

5'1 and hoping to reach goal of 125 pounds. More concerned with getting toned and certain body measurements in inches however.

    5'3"
First goal weight: 195lbs. Last time I was under 200lbs, I was in 9th or 10th grade- 17 years ago...
Just to be under would be a breakthough! Have been this close before (205 lbs.) and then blimped up again.

    Secondary goal: 160 or 170lbs.

    Ultimate goal: 140 lbs.

Making these smaller goals seems to be helping my resolve and seems more manageable-keeping the closest goal in mind and then setting new ones. If I constantly thought about 140lbs, I'd probably be overwhelmed.

5'2, Goal weight is 130 for now. Maybe get to 125 later on.

I have a VERY hard time maintaining so I figured I should start higher first then learn how to maintain or else it gets too out of control.

It might sound like an excuse but people think I am 10 pounds lighter than then I really weigh. lol. I should really not being using this excuse though. -__-

I'm 5'2 and I'm aiming for 145-155. I'm curvy so I don't think I would look right any lower than that, but we shall see :)
