Leftover Italian white bean soup with escarole - because it is leftover it soaked up almost all of the broth so I added spinach and more escarole and served it over brown rice (also leftover lol). Oh, and a salad...

I make sure my face is clean before working out (I use Cetaphil), and then afterwards I use a toner of 1 part Mom's organic apple cider vinegar 1 part water. I also use tea tree oil on any actual pimples. Works for me!

I am on D8L3 and I love it! I never got the hang of the chair squat V raise in level 2 - that was my least favorite move of all! I am finding level 3 to be easier than level 2, and I like the moves SO much better. Hang in there!!!

WOW! What an accomplishment! You look completely different! 30 is just a number ; what's important is that you are entering your 30s healthier, looking good, and (hopefully) feeling good. Happy birthday, and congratulations on your progress!

I've started sauteing green veggies in a little bit of Nutiva coconut oil - gives them a nice nutty flavor and I don't add any salt or other seasonings. So far I've done it with spinach, broccoli, green beans, and Power greens (come in a bag, mixture of kale, spinach, red chard).

I started level 3 yesterday and LOVE IT! After doing Level 1 for 7 days straight, my back was too sore to continue so I had to start doing it every other day. I got used to Level 1 pretty quickly. Level 2 didn't seem harder than Level 1 (except for one of the stregnth moves at the end that I never managed to do all of) but…

Chobani strawberry yogurt, raw almonds, water with juice from half of a lemon.... if still hungry will have a banana, too.

I finished level 1 day 9 today. i did the first 7 days straight, but then had to take a few days off because my back was really hurting (I'm 44, so I need to remember that my body can't do everything like it used to!). Now I'm doing it every other day and so far so good...

Day 3 was the hardest for me. I went straight through to day 7, ignoring the increasing pain in my lower back - then had to take a few days off because it was so bad. Did day 8 yesterday. Back still is not 100%, so I don't think I can/should do it every day. I think I'll do Day 9 tomorrow or Friday, depending.

I tend to blow it on weekends, too. That's when I eat out, drink too much wine, etc. I've learned to accept it and prepare for it - I go under my calories a little on weekdays, and that way I have some in reserve to use up on the weekend. I also work out longer on Friday and Saturday, so I have more calories to eat back.…

After Day 7 Level1 my back is toast so I have to take a few days off... not happy :(

Hi everyone! I'm Becky and I'm 44... I live in Catonsville, MD and am married with two daughters, ages12 and 14. I am lucky to have a job with flexible hours now, so I can focus on getting rid of the 15 pounds that I piled on during the last few years when I was working full-time and going to school part-time. The older I…

Day 4 on Level one!! Day 3 was the hardest for me so far. I'm glad I pushed through - today was easier. Took waist measurement and weight before starting, but forgot about my arms (where I REALLY need to see results), so did those today. I feel GOOD!

BUMP!!! I am a "salt" person myself, but my daughter is crazy about sweets. I'm trying to teach her "moderation," so this will be perfect for her!!!

Thanks so much for your replies! I just did day 2 level 1 today. Yesterday I used 5 lb weights but it was too much, so today I used 3 lbs and I was able to keep up. I guess I'll have to work up to the 5 lbs. Whew - what a workout! I feel great, though... :)

I started L! yesterday as well.. would LOVE to be part of some group support!
