I also LOVE sugar. I typically eat fruit to satisfy the craving but when it really doesn't work I usually give in and buy an Atkins Smores bar...it does the trick for me and it certainly better than a regular chocolate bar.

My calories are also set to 1200. I usually stay on track or barely go over. If I have a small amount of calories left over by the afternoon I go put in a workout after work to earn more calories. What about a night out together, dinner, movie etc. My girlfriend just surprised me on Monday with dinner, movie, pj's and a cupcake for my bday....the cupcake really topped it all off for me personally.

I try to eat every 2.5 hours. Breakfast 8:30 Snack 11 Lunch 1:30 Snack 4:00 Dinner 6:30 and if I can afford the calories a snack after dinner, usually fruit and yogurt.

Welcome!!! My plan also states 1200 calories, great news though, it's not nearly as hard as you think. I've found when you are choosing the right foods (fruits, veg, lean protien) it can actually be quite hard to reach your 1200. Ugh I understand you dilema, I also work in an office full time and have a hard time doing anything active without drawing attention to myself. I usually do chair dips and table push-ups when no one is around. I've also been seen doing walking lunges in the office, but I've definately got some laughter over it.
