HELLO! Can anyone give me a brief overview of some of these acronyms? Some of them are simple, like MFP.., but some I cannot figure out...does anyone have a list?

Thank you and good luck!

    You would have to list them. There are still some I am not sure of either.

    I used to feel really bad for Tom. He was one hated guy. He made women fat, emotional and retain water. LMAO.gif

    There was another thread about this along time ago. Here are the ones I pulled from there

    SAHM - Stay At Home Mom
    TF = Turbo Fire (workout DVDs)
    CLX = Chalean Extreme (workout DVDs)
    30DS = 30 Day Shred (workout DVD)
    TMI = Too Much Info
    C25K - Couch To 5K program
    PX90 - A 90 day workout program
    LF = Low Fat
    FF = Fat Free
    WW = Weight Watchers or Whole Wheat
    LC = Low Carb
    WLS = Weight Loss Surgery
    IBTL – in before the lock. MFP doesn’t “lock” topics but rather deletes the thread
    IMO - In my opinion
    KMF- Keep Moving Forward
    IDK - I don't know.
    NSV = Non Scale Victory!
    HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
    TTC= trying to conceive

    Anyone know what SBF2 is? I see that one a few times a week and have no idea.

    DH, DS, DD and DW.... husband, son, daughter, wife. The D depends on if they are on the good list (Dear) or the bad list (Damn) at the time.
    SMH = shake my head
    FP = face palm or Fit Plus depending on the context

    IMHO: In my humble opinion

    Or:

    IMHO: In my honored opinion

    :wink:

    ED = Eating Disorder (in this context, not Erectile Dysfunction like Google would have had me believe..)
    MA = Martial art
