Great workouts ladies! Glad to hear you are feeling better Amy and DD. I'm pushing hard towards an 8-10 pound loss this month so even my "rest" days are active with some easy walking or aerobics. Yesterday got 3 miles in and some light dancing. Today SL 5x5 Warm ups plus Squats 115 Overhead press 55 Deadlift 150 Also…

Team finish no matter what. Love that! ❤

Don't feel bad DD. I'm barely 5'3 and somehow let myself get to 140 this year and have been hovering right around there. My comfortable weight is around 110 so you can imagine how I feel. Plus I tend to carry my weight in my abdomen. I'm not going to worry about it but do everything I can to turn things around. We can do…

I have to admit after day one of working out and eating on plan I had a sinking feeling wondering how I was going to keep it up. I turned to Pinterest for motivation and decided to take it one day at a time. That has made it so much easier! Day 6 workout SL5x5 today Warm ups followed by Squat 5x5 110 ( should have been 115…

So sorry to hear that Amy. Hope you recovery quickly! Keep your head up!

Hello ladies! I have some short term goals for January which include 5x5 StrongLifts MWF (because I'm cutting I am happy to maintain my current strength) Burn 500 calories a day (any way I can) Eat 500 calories less to help with this I spent half the day cooking last Friday and have over 40 individual portioned healthy…

Hope you recovery quickly! I am going to take it easy until my kids go back to school next week. Too hard to stay on track when my routine is out of wack. See ya next year!

We're off to a good start ladies! Let's keep doing what we can even if it's only little changes. Every bit helps! Off to do my 5x5. Have. Great day!

I did my strong lifts 5x5 and warm up Squats 115 Bench 75 Row 80 Also burned some calories by dancing. For me the hardest part will be sticking to healthy eating. The first few days are tough. Then it usually goes well for 2-3 weeks. Trying to mentally prepare for the long haul. We can do this!

This is great! I went in 3 vacations this year as well and it really threw off my game. I put on 20lbs! I just started stronglifts 5x5 last month and love it! I added you.

When you find the answer let me know. Im 5'3" and 110 is my happy weight. I've tried to get to 105 and been close. Those last few pounds are so tough! I ran more miles last year than ever and gained 5-10 pounds. (ok so I know the problem was my love for wine). ;) I wouldn't worry so much about the scale if you are seeing…

For easy portable meals there are several different types of bars. Epic bars are great. They come in several different flavors of meat. Kind bars are gluten free as are luna bars, you could even make ahead your own similar bars. Fruit pouches can come in handy (think baby food) or smoothies. Nuts, dried fruit, or veggies.…

You could think of breakfast as just another meal. Meat and veggies. I have chicken liver for breakfast a lot (Im on an egg kick now) usually with mushrooms, sweet potatoes and some greens. But you could also do hamburger, or chicken. Soup is pretty easy too.

feel free to add me

I think your list is good. I used to use a camel back but find it hard to open and refill after hours of running. I now have a Nathan vapor shadow and love it. It is compact but has plenty of pockets. The bladder opens and closes very easily. For fuel I use fruit pouches (aka baby food), Justin's nut butter packs, and…
