Strong lifts done. Kept all weights the same. Decided to forgo P90x for now and got a 4 mile run instead. For now I want to focus on losing weight. I will pick up P90x when I get closer to my goal.

Strong lifts done p90x shoulders and arms, followed by a 4 mile run. Its been hard trying to do both strong lifts and p90x. I was so sore last week I needed an extra rest day which means less calories burned. Feeling better today and accidentally burned more than my goal. yay!

The last four weeks has flown by! Got my last SL 5x5 done! Warm ups plus Squat 5x1 120 (was able to get parallel but too hard to keep going) 5x4 115 guess I didn't lose that much muscle OHP tried to do 65 but too hard so stuck with 60 Deadlift 155 Will walk later to get the rest of my burn in. Took an unplanned rest day yesterday then Got some kind of intestinal bug today but still managed to get my 5x5 done . Spread it out throughout the day. No walking but hope to do at least one mile. I'm on a streak and want to keep it going. The keto sounds interesting. Good job everyone!

Got my 5x5 done and some walking! Had to lower weight a little on squat and deadlift. Not sure yet if my legs were just tired from 10 miles yesterday or muscle loss. I guess time will tell.

Boy it was tough staying on track this weekend while everyone else snacked and drank wine! I stuck to my guns though. I went for 3 walks yesterday so I wouldn't be tempted. 5 miles total and a 10 mile hike today. Oh yeah! Congrats everyone on your hard work and fanncy on the loss! We're doing it!
