My gym does Zumba classes 2x week, but i'm working most of the classes. How are the videos? Is it something I could do in a 6ft x 6ft space in my living room?

I had this issue even when I was alot thinner, what worked for me then was to move my feet around a bit changing position slightly. I think its the constant pressure on the same spot on the foot that cause them to go numb and tingly.

Oh count me in too, currently 201lbs lets go for a goal of 190lbs or less. This will be perfect, hubby's bday is 11/1 so we had plans for going out / going on a trip for halloween!
