I have got the meal plan, but yet to start it up properly as been getting problems finding some of the things and am bit wary of trying some them in case i dont like them. I think i shall go and get it out again and try plan some meals

have not got this one yet but i feel i should esp as I am getting pains in my knees from to much jumping jacks and and jumping lunges from the past workouts, and the other low impact workouts i have done really got me sweating too.

I have done the 8 week busy people and it was great esp when only had little bit of time but for the most part i teamed it with workouts from round 1 and had great results.

I have done this one and paired it with the 8 week fat loss for busy people, absolutely loved it and lost so much weight and tons of inches with this program, was so tempted to do it again but i decided to go for round 2 but I may go back to this one day.

I agree be much better to have cheat meals instead of cheat days, I know it would for me if I allowed myself a whole day I would most certainly undo all my hard work from the week and find it much harder to get back into my routine, suppose it all goes down to the individual and how much you have to lose and how motivated…
